Andrew Tyson, like Nicholas Kitchen, grew up at St. Stephen’s. Since his student days at Curtis, he has given a piano recital at the church nearly every year. These concerts have allowed us to see the flowering of his great gift, to see his growing “from strength to strength.” Hailed by BBC Radio 3 as “a real poet of the piano,” he is an artist with a distinctive voice.
